The Saint Germain Golf Club provides two different courses. There is a 18 hole ‘Grand Parcours’ and the 9 hole ‘Les Genets’.
There both were designed by the English architect Harry S. Colt in the twenties. The club is situated close to Paris and in the heart of the forest of St Germain.
The 18-hole course 6,734 yard is a tree-lined parkland with gently undulating terrain and easy to walk. The 9-hole 33 par course has 2,030 metres and was designed in 1922.
The large course has been ranked amongst the best courses in the world and it would described as some of the best greens in Europe. The Les Genets course has as well many international championships featuring the best professional and amateur players.
Every year, regional, national and international competitions are played at St Germain.
