The first of three Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses is Punta Espada Golf Course, the name inspired by the coastline’s resemblance to the tip of a sword.

The Punta Espada course is one of the most eye-popping courses, with 8 holes along the sea and 15 of it’s 18 holes overlooking the sea. There is no doubt all 18 holes will are truly memorable.

Punta Espada was designed to incorporate the natural features of the landscape into its topography….the bluffs, the beach, the waterways and the jungle foliage. The design also guarantees that golfers of all levels are accomodated, including those playing at world championship levels. The PGA Champions Tour is now chosen Punta Espada to be part of its tour. The Champions will play the course for the first time from March 31 to April 6, 2008.
