Built in the early 80s , Il Molinetto owes its name to the old mill that worked with the channels of the Naviglio, Leonardo’s Milan waterway. From the ancient Lombard farmhouse that housed the structure was created , along with some apartments, the heart of the circle : the reception and the Club House.

Renovated in the 90’s, very spacious and functional, the Club House is on two floors at the bottom a large living room with fireplace, bar and a wonderful restaurant on the upper floor, which is accessed through an impressive staircase , a Bridge room with more than 30 gaming tables, a billiard room with two tables and a television room.

Born as a tennis club, already in 1982 Il Molinetto began the construction of the first 9 holes of the golf course , then finished the 18-hole course in the following year . The changing of the Circle, newly built and equipped both for members and for guests are split over two floors and include a gym, sauna , turkish bath and a center for massage and relaxation.

Next to the golf course, now sport ‘s election of the club, tennis continues to play an important role, with a good number of members who have 14 clay courts and synthetic , four of which are covered. During the summer, Olympic swimming pool can be considered the best way to spend an afternoon, with more than 200 beds available and the restaurant, which is located poolside under a green arbor .
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff will not disappoint the expectations of the shareholders and of course of the guests.
The course in one of the best in Italy for the quality of maintenance, with water hazards and an unconventional natural environment being so close to Milan center.
Il Molinetto has hosted the Italian Open in 1985.

[Italian] nei primi anni 80, il Molinetto deve il suo nome al vecchio mulino che funzionava con i canali del Naviglio.
Dall’antica cascina lombarda che lo ospitava nasce la struttura che, accanto ad alcuni appartamenti, ospita il cuore del circolo: la segreteria e la Club House.
Rimodernata negli anni 90, molto spaziosa e funzionale, quest’ ultima è articolata su due piani che ospitano, a quello inferiore, un ampio salone con il camino, il bar e il ristorante, a quello superiore, a cui si accede attraverso una suggestiva scalinata, una sala bridge con oltre 30 tavoli da gioco, una sala biliardo con due tavoli da gioco e una sala televisione. 
Nato come circolo di tennis, già nel 1982 il Molinetto iniziò la costruzione delle prime 9 buche del campo da golf, per poi concludere il percorso da 18 buche nell’anno seguente.
Gli spogliatoi del Circolo, costruiti di recente,e attrezzati sia per i soci sia per gli ospiti sono divisi su due piani e comprendono anche palestra, sauna, bagno turco e un centro per i massaggi e il relax.
Accanto al golf, ormai sport d’ elezione del circolo, il tennis continua a ricoprire un ruolo importante, con un buon numero di soci che hanno a disposizione 14 campi in terra battuta e sintetico, quattro dei quali al coperto
Nel periodo estivo la piscina olimpionica può considerarsi il migliore modo per trascorrere un pomeriggio, con gli oltre 200 lettini a disposizione e il ristorante, che si trova a bordo piscina sotto a un verde pergolato.
