Opened late in 2007, the Kingswood golf and real estate development is one of the newest on the Garden Route. Located between the old and established George Golf Club to the north, and the world-renowned Fancourt Links layout to the south, Kingswood certainly has blue-chip golfing neighbours. The layout is very open, with good-width fairways, plenty of excellent quality fairway and greenside bunkering and occasional water hazards. The pleasantly undulating layout commands picturesque views onto the Outeniqua mountains, which provide such an impressive backdrop to the town of GeorgeOpened in 1995, the recently redeveloped 18 hole par 71 6001 yard course offers a good challenge to all levels of golfer.

The new 17 bay state of the art driving range opened in october 2008. It offers 16 bays with automated tees and 1 teaching bay providing the facilities to practice all year round.

How to get to Kingswood Golf Course , Doncaster (England)

2 km W of George (centre). From the N2 (Cape Town – George highway) take the York Street turn-off, direction George. After approximately 3 km turn left into Plattner Blvd. Follow road for 2 km to golf.
