The Katrineholms Golfklubb course is Robert Karlsson’s home track. It was designed by Nils Skold and the first nine holes were inaugurated in the year 1963. In the year 1969 was another three holes in use. 1972 could play on two holes. 1973 was finally the 18-hole course completed.
Today the old course is known as one of the country’s best golf courses, which also keeps very consistent high quality throughout the season. The highlight of the year is Robert Karlsson’s own competition on the Nordea Tour, Katrineholm Open, which is held in early July.
